Debate time!! I'm at a debate and having fun!! We just finished our third round ( my friend and I ) and our anxiously awaiting the quarter finals results to see if we might get in. It actually nerve racking.
So I said I would be found lifestyle posts and stuff so today I'm just gonna make a list of ways to relive nerves and stress.
• Scribble on paper
• Take deep, calming breaths
• Write your feelings , whether it's on social media or in a journal.
• Squeeze a stress toy
• Talk to yourself ( I know it's weird but it works ) :)
